I plan on joining the National Guard. My recruiter said that I was just a little bit overweight. He said if I lose up to 10 pounds, I would meet the requirements. I’m 5’4″ and I have been walking for a few days now for 30 mins. Is there anything else I can do to make sure I lose the 10 pounds and how many calories should I eat a day? I usually don’t eat much anymore.
